Path of Ceremorphosis Feat (Prerequisite: Tadpole Host Feat)
The tadpole you ingested is mutating you into an ulitharid, a rare type of illithid that boasts great physical strength and mental power, as well as two additional tentacles.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Psionic Energy Dice. The Psionic Energy Dice granted to you by this feat path become d8s.
Telepathy. You have telepathy with a range of 10 feet. If you already have telepathy, the range increases by 10 feet.
Extended Tentacles. Two long tentacles sprout from around your mouth. You can use these tentacles to make an Unarmed Strike. When you’re using these tentacles, your reach increases by 5 feet.
