A ring of crackling electricity fills a 10-foot Emanation originating from you. Whenever the Emanation enters a creature’s space and whenever a creature enters the Emanation or ends its turn there, you can force that creature to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d6 Lightning damage plus 3d6 Thunder damage, and it has the Deafened condition for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage only.
As a Magic action while the spell is active, you can emit a 60-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line out from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the Line makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 Lightning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
