Conjurer's Canopy

You can take a Magic action and use a command word to plunge this magical walking stick into the ground, where it stands straight up and projects a canopy of transparent force in a 20-foot Cube originating from the stick. The canopy lasts for 1 hour or until you end the effect early as a Magic action.
The canopy protects creatures and objects within that area from ordinary weather phenomena such as rain or snow. The atmosphere within the canopy’s area is comfortable and dry, regardless of the weather. Creatures, objects, and magical effects can still pass through the canopy as usual.
When the canopy disappears, the stick can’t be used again for 1d12 hours.
