Rod, Rarity Varies (Requires Attunement by a Spellcaster)

This rod is made of intertwined, living plant stems.

Budding (Uncommon). Multicolored leaves decorate the rod’s stems, and a few buds cluster near each end.

While you hold the rod, you can cast Druidcraft or Plant Growth (Overgrowth only) from it. Once the rod has been used to cast Plant Growth, it can’t be used to cast this spell again until the next dawn.

While you hold the rod, as a Magic action, you can rejuvenate nonmagical plants in a 5-foot Cube you can see within 15 feet of yourself. The rejuvenated plants remain verdant for 1d4 days, after which they grow or wither as normal plants would.

Flowering (Rare). Both ends of the rod bear colorful, fragrant flowers. While you hold the rod, you can cast Insect Plague from it, using your spell save DC. When you do so, the insects appear as bumblebees. Once the rod has been used to cast this spell, it can’t be used to cast this spell again until the next dawn.

Somniferous (Very Rare). Robust bursts of flowers grow along the rod’s length.

While you hold the rod, you can take a Magic action to expel a puff of sleep-inducing pollen in a 30-foot Emanation originating from you. Creatures of your choice in the Emanation must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have the Unconscious condition for 1 hour. Creatures that don’t sleep, such as elves, or that have Immunity to the Exhaustion condition automatically succeed on the save. The effect ends on a target if it takes damage or a creature within 5 feet of it takes an action to shake it awake. Once the rod has produced this effect, it can’t do so again until the next dawn.
