Alarm Pylon

Wondrous Item, uncommon
This 5-foot-tall post is made of stone and etched with runes. As a Magic action, you can activate the pylon by touching the runes and specifying one of the following triggers:
- A creature or item casts a spell from a specific school of magic.
- A creature takes 5 or more damage.
- An object takes 10 or more damage.
If the chosen trigger occurs within 300 feet of the pylon while the pylon is activated, the pylon emits a ringing alarm for 10 seconds, which is audible up to 300 feet away.
You can take a Magic action to deactivate the pylon.
